Dean and Merryl are seasoned entrepreneurs with over 35 years of business experience, primarily in the hospitality industry. Before moving to the UK, they successfully owned and managed several rental properties in South Africa, where they developed a strong understanding of property investments, tenant relations and long-term asset growth.
Since locating to the UK, they have continued to expand their portfolio, acquiring, refurbishing, and letting residential properties. Their hands on experience across both markets has given them a deep insight into the dynamics of property management and development. Drawing on their extensive background in running a successful catering business, Dean and Merryl bring a unique blend of operational excellence, customer service and strategic vision to their property ventures. Their approach combines attention to detail, quality workmanship and a commitment to developing homes that deliver lasting value for tenants and investors alike.
